Cancer Detecting Raman Pen

For my senior capstone project featured, I am working with a team of undergraduate Biological Engineering students developing the a cancer detecting Raman spectrometer pen, a handheld prototype integrating a Raman spectrometer to enable rapid, intraoperative cancer detection. This innovative device aims to reduce reliance on time-consuming tissue biopsies, enhancing surgical precision and preserving healthy tissue during cancer removal.
